Mission:
To advance a national movement that promotes healthy relationships through positive role modeling and provides parents, teachers, coaches and others with tools and resources to teach young people about respect in relationships.
Background:
Launched in 2008 by Futures Without Violence(formerly the Family Violence Prevention Fund), the RESPECT! Campaignis designed to highlight the critical role that parents, teachers, coaches, and other role models play in helping young people shape a world that is free of relationship violence. The initiative is supported by national founding partner Macy's, Blue Shield of California, the Mobile Giving Foundation, Dockers, and others.

Young people who visit the site can browse resources and fact sheetsfocused on teen dating abuse, digital dating abuse, and the elements of a respectful relationship, and/or call a hotlineshould they need help. Parents can access toolsdesigned to help them talk to their teenage children about healthy relationships, safe and appropriate cell phoneand social networkuse, and bullying. The site also offers a Resource sectionfor coaches, teachers, and advocates that includes links to Coaching Boys Into Men, Lessons from Literature, and Start Strong.
