Beginning in 2021, workers in the state will be asked to contribute a small amount of their weekly earnings to a fund administered by the state for paid family and medical leave, and by 2022 eligible workers will be able to take up to a dozen weeks of paid leave to care for themselves, a loved one, or a new child.

The Central Indiana Community Foundation has announced that it will match all donations, dollar for dollar, up to $25,000 raised from the community through the Keep Ann Dancing campaign. The opportunity, which opens Saturday, June 22, and will run through June 29, is designed to double the impact of each gift made in support of the campaign as well as other free and accessible art on the Indianapolis Cultural Trail. Ann Dancing, an electronic work by Julian Opie, is the oldest piece of art on the trail and was installed on what originally was supposed to be a temporary basis in January 2008.
