Give2Asia has announced the expansion of its Heroes Legacy program into India and Indonesia.

Launched in China in 2020 to assist the children of frontline workers who lost their lives providing medical care and other essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic, the program will work with Child Rights & You in India as well as the Human Initiative and YCAB Foundation in Indonesia. It aims to assist 400 orphaned children of frontline workers across India and Indonesia.

To that end, Give2Asia is working to raise $2 million for the expansion, which will enable the local partners to deliver psychosocial, educational, and workforce skills to address the productive development of their children’s futures.
