Schofield is founder and CIO of Arrowwood Advisors. Westmoreland is professor emeritus at the Georgetown University Law Center.
The Rockefeller Brothers Fund in New York City has announced the selection of MEREDITH SORIN HORSFORD as executive director of its Pocantico Center. Horsford previously served as executive director of the Historic House Trust in New York City.
Americares in Stamford, Connecticut, has announced the selection of BRUCE PANKEY as chief financial officer and treasurer. Pankey previously served as chief finance and administration officer for Counterpart International.
The Council on Foundations in Washington, D.C., has announced the appointment of SAMUEL BRESSI to its board of directors. Bressi is president and CEO of the Pennsylvania-based Lancaster County Community Foundation.

Qinghong Wang serves as executive president of the East-West Philanthropy Forum in Honolulu and executive director of the China-Europe Philanthropy Innovation Research Center at Peking University.
The Grand Canyon Conservancy has announced the selection of ELIZABETH SILKES as CEO. Silkes previously served as executive director of the International Coalition of Sites of Conscience.
The Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center has announced the selection of JANET WEISS as senior vice president of marketing, communications, and business development. Weiss previously served as the head of marketing for the Academy of Motion Pictures.
The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City has announced the selection of PAUL PINEAU as general counsel and secretary. Pineau most recently served as senior vice president and general counsel of Johns Hopkins University.
The Skin Cancer Foundation in New York City has announced the promotion of BECKY KAMOWITZ to executive director. Kamowitz, who has worked for the foundation for more than a decade, previously served as interim executive director and senior director of marketing communications.
The T1D Fund in Boston has announced the selection of ELIZABETH MILY as CEO.
