TD Charitable Foundation has announced $7 million in housing grants to 37 nonprofits working to deliver rental assistance, rehabilitate affordable rental housing properties, and build organizational capacity to address resident sustainability for the long term.

Awarded through TD’s Housing for Everyone program, the grants range from $150,000 to $250,000. Recipients include Connecticut Institute for Refugees and Immigrants ($250,000), YMCA of Delaware ($150,000), Aspire Health Partners ($150,000), and Avesta Housing Development Corporation ($175,000).

“The affordable housing crisis continues to burden the most vulnerable members of our communities and the organizations committed to supporting them,” said TD Charitable Foundation director Paige Carlson-Heim. “At TD, we’re committed to doing our part to help create a more sustainable and inclusive future for everyone, and that includes providing access to safe, affordable homes. This year’s grant recipients are mission-critical to that work, and the TD Charitable Foundation is proud to support them in their efforts to create a positive impact and a pathway to housing stability in the communities we serve.”
