The Barr Foundation in Boston has announced staffing changes, including the selection of PAM JENSEN as interim vice president for people and talent and the promotion of MAIA TILLOTSON to human resources coordinator. The foundation also announced the selections of NATASHA USHOMIRSKY as a senior program officer, LEAH BENNETT as program associate with the education team, JOE RODRIGUEZ as grants management assistant, and BRIT VASCONCELLOS as office management specialist. In addition, MARY CHALIFOUR was promoted to the new role of associate director of communications and LISETTE LE was appointed as director of the foundation’s racial wealth equity initiative. 

The Blandin Foundation in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, has announced the appointment of four trustees to its board: SHOLOM BLAKE, principal and partner with the accounting firm of Blake & Lind; ASHLEY CHARWOOD, assistant professor of social work at Bemidji State University; JULIE MARINUCCI, St. Louis County Lands and Minerals director; and KAYLA SCRIVNER, chief operating officer at Scenic Rivers Health Services. 

The Otto Bremer Trust in St. Paul, Minnesota, has announced the appointment of FRANCIS M. MILEY to its board of trustees. Miley is president of Cretin-Derham Hall High School. Previously, he served as vice president for strategic planning and administration for what is now the Mitchell Hamline School of Law. 

The Bail Project in Los Angeles has announced the selection of DAVID GASPAR as CEO. Gaspar becomes the first formerly incarcerated person to serve as CEO of the organization and will succeed founding CEO ROBIN STEINBERG, who is retiring. 

Grantmakers of Western Pennsylvania in Pittsburgh has announced the appointment of AMBER FARR as its executive director. Farr was the founding director of One Northside at the Buhl Foundation.
