The Charles Stewart Mott Foundation in Flint, Michigan, has announced the election of KAREN ALDRIDGE-EASON to its board of trustees. She joined the Mott Foundation in 1993 as a program officer for the Flint Area team and was promoted to program director the following year. In 2003, as a loaned executive from the foundation, Aldridge-Eason accepted a position as the first foundation liaison to a governor’s office in the United States. 

The John S. and James L. Knight Foundation in Miami has announced the election of CHRISTOPHER M. AUSTEN as chair of its board of trustees. Austen is the managing partner of BPEA Private Equity, a Boston-based private equity firm.

The Weingart Foundation in Los Angeles has announced the selection of DANA HENRY as its first director of Black Justice and Healing. A longtime nonprofit official, Henry joined the Weingart Foundation as a program officer in 2020 and previously worked with Communities In Schools. 

The END Fund in New York City has announced plans for founding CEO ELLEN AGLER to step down in June. Chief operating officer DIANA BENTON SCHECHTER will step into the role of interim CEO. Under Agler’s leadership, the organization has raised almost $500 million, and helped provide more than 1.7 billion treatments for neglected tropical diseases and 126,000 life-changing surgeries.

Rite Aid Healthy Futures in Philadelphia has announced the appointment of eight Rite Aid executives to its board of directors: JOY ERRICO, SUMMER KERLEY, BILL MILLER, ERIC NARDULLI, RAGESHREE PARAB, BYRON PURCELL, TERI SCHANCK, and JEFF SCHARES. Errico is senior vice president and chief corporate affairs and communications officer. Kerley is group vice president of pharmacy growth and clinical programs. Miller is senior vice president and chief of store operations. Nardulli is vice president of health and consumables, category management. Parab is vice president of architecture, tools and digital engineering, and technology services. Purcell is vice president of vendor management. Schanck is group vice president of talent and human resources, and operational excellence. And Schares is division president.
