The Annenberg Foundation has announced the appointment of GABRIELLE AMSTER as director of Wallis Annenberg PetSpace in Los Angeles, which focuses on the mutually beneficial and dynamic bond between people and their pets, as well as the origins and science of that relationship. Amster brings to Annenberg PetSpace more than fifteen years of experience in animal welfare, including leadership positions at Palm Springs Animal Shelter, Woods Humane Society in San Luis Obispo, and Santa Fe Animal Shelter in New Mexico.

The Colorado Trust has announced the appointment of MORRIS W. PRICE, JR. as vice president of grants. Price previously served as vice president and executive director of City Year Denver, as district director for U.S. Rep. Diana DeGette (D-CO), and as a national program officer for the Gill Foundation. He serves on the boards of Rose Community Foundation, Colorado State University Foundation, Colorado Nonprofit Association, First Baptist Church of Denver, Compass Academy, and the Colorado State University LGBT Alumni Alliance.

The Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation in Morristown, New Jersey, has announced the departure of Arts program director SHARNITA C. JOHNSON, Arts and Education senior program associate RICHARD SIMON, and communications director and Informed Communities program officer MEGHAN VAN DYK. Under Johnson's leadership, the foundation redefined its commitment and strategies for the arts; she also helped catalyze its strategic planning and learning agenda, which led to a deepened strategic focus on equity. Simon advanced the foundation's commitment to equity through programs that address culturally relevant arts education and participation in statewide initiatives to address trauma-informed healing in schools. And Van Dyk managed Dodge's strategic communications and helped define the foundation's strategy to facilitate community building and civic engagement through local journalism, creative storytelling, and community media projects.

The Indianapolis-based Lilly Endowment has announced the appointment of JENNETT M. HILL as the endowment's president effective February 2, 2022. Hill currently serves as senior vice president and general counsel for Citizens Energy Group, which she joined in 2013. She previously was a partner at the law firm of Faegre Baker Daniels and, prior to that, worked for the former Indiana Supreme Court justice and current Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law professor Frank Sullivan, Jr. Hill will continue to serve on the endowment's board of directors, on which she has served since 2015, while N. CLAY ROBBINS, the current board chair, president, and CEO, will remain in his roles as chair and CEO.

The Walton Family Foundation has announced the appointment of ROBERT BURNS as the director of the Home Region Program. A community relations and social innovation expert who has managed a community development financial institution, directed nonprofit solutions for an affordable housing organization, and worked in local government in four states, Burns most recently led efforts to promote financial inclusion and economic empowerment as senior vice president of Citi. In his new role, he will oversee the Home Region Program's 2025 Strategy, which focuses on building a vibrant, inclusive Northwest Arkansas and supporting economic and community development in the Arkansas-Mississippi Delta.

Give Blck, an online database that connects philanthropists, foundations, and social impact investment firms with Black-founded and -led nonprofits, has announced the appointment of AISHA ALEXANDER-YOUNG as its first CEO. Alexander-Young previously served as vice president for strategy and equity at the Meyer Foundation, where she led efforts to integrate racial equity and justice into all areas of the foundation's work and launched the Fund for Black-Led Change, a $20 million commitment of core support to Black-led organizations working to transform systems and advance justice. In her new role, she will further develop Give Blck's brand identity, partnerships, and corporate sponsorships; help cultivate the board; identify opportunities for expanding the database; and strengthen synergies among donors and Black-founded organizations. Alexander-Young also serves on the board of ABFE.

The Science Philanthropy Alliance in Palo Alto, California, has announced the addition of FLEMING CRIM as a senior science advisor. Crim, who is the John E. Willard and Hilldale Professor of Chemistry Emeritus at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, previously served as COO of the National Science Foundation. He will join four other senior science advisors in lending expertise to philanthropists investing in fundamental science.
