The Alcoa Foundation in Pittsburgh has announced the selection of CAROLINE ROSSIGNOL as president. From 2016 to 2019, Rossignol served as director of sustainability and social performance at Lundin Mining Corporation

The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation in New York City has announced the elections of MELISSA GILLIAM and GAURAV KAPADIA to its board of trustees. Gilliam serves as executive vice president and provost of Ohio State University. Kapadia is the founder and CEO of XN, a long-term focused investment firm that invests across public and private markets. 

The Charles & Margery Barancik Foundation in Sarasota, Florida, has announced the selection of GREG LUBERECKI as chief communications and learning officer. Luberecki previously served as vice president for strategic communications at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. Prior to that, he held communications and marketing roles over 16 years at Gulf Coast Community Foundation.

The Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation in Kansas City, Missouri, has announced the selection of SUSAN KLUSMEIER as chief of staff. Klusmeier previously served as vice provost for academic success for the University of Kansas. 

The Wallace Foundation in New York City has announced the appointment of ROBIN V. HARRIS as vice president of communications. Harris previously served as vice president of strategic communications at the Education Trust.

American Friends of the Louvre in New York City has announced the appointment of THOMAS E. MOORE III as executive director, effective October 23. Moore previously served as director of development at the National Academy of Design.

The Mississippi State University Foundation in Starkville, Mississippi, has announced the promotion of LILLY BJORKMAN to associate director of corporate and foundation relations. Bjorkman previously served as assistant director of development at Mississippi State College of Business.

Pioneer Works in New York City has announced the appointment of MARA MANUS as CEO. Manus previously served as executive director for New York State Council on the Arts.

The Urban Resource Institute in New York City has announced the appointment of ELYSE BARBELL as vice president of people & culture. Barbell most recently served as vice president of human capital at Women in Need.

The United States Regional Arts Organization has announced the appointment of SHANNON DAUT as its first-ever national director. Since 2016, Daut has led the cultural affairs division for the City of Santa Monica, California.

The Youth First Justice Collaborative in Washington, D.C., has announced the selection of MICHAELA POMMELLS as executive director. Pommells previously served as a state campaign director and led the Care, Not Control Campaign, which is working to close youth prisons in Pennsylvania.
