Carnegie Corporation of New York has announced the promotion of STEPHEN J. DEL ROSSO as vice president of its international program, effective January 1, 2025. Del Rosso will succeed DEANA ARSENIAN, who is retiring after nearly three decades in the position. Del Rosso started at the foundation in 1999 as a senior program officer in the international peace and security program.
Engineering Tomorrow in New York City has announced the promotion of MEGAN BARRETT to executive director, after the retirement of TIMOTHY MCNIFF, who has led the organization since 2019. Barrett previously served as director of operations.
The League of American Orchestras in New York City has announced the election of ALAN MASON as chair of its board of directors. Mason, who recently retired as managing director of BlackRock, formerly served as president of the Association of California Symphony Orchestras board.
The National Park Foundation in Washington, D.C., has announced the selection of JEFF REINBOLD as president and CEO, effective December 1. Reinbold, who will succeed WILL SHAFROTH, previously served as superintendent of the National Mall and Memorial Parks in Washington, D.C., with the National Park Service.

Cash served as superintendent of Great Smoky Mountains National Park with the National Park Service for nearly a decade, and most recently served as superintendent of National Mall and Memorial Parks in Washington, D.C.
