The report found that racial inequities in the Massachusetts nonprofit sector mirror those at the national level and describes the differing experiences of white people and people of color working in the sector. At the session on the second, the report’s authors will share the new results from Massachusetts and engage in a discussion with sector leaders about the racial equity issues highlighted in the report.
