The Jerome Foundation in St. Paul, Minnesota, has announced the promotion of ELEANOR SAVAGE to CEO and president, effective May 1. Savage, currently the Jerome Foundation’s program director, will succeed BEN CAMERON, who has led the foundation since 2015. 

The American Friends Service Committee (AFSC) in Philadelphia has announced the selection of LEWIS WEBB and LUCY ROBERTS to serve as the organization’s U.S. peacebuilding director and international peacebuilding director, respectively. Webb, who previously led AFSC’s New York-based healing justice work for more than 12 years, has been the coordinator of the organization’s national healing justice network since 2017. Roberts previously worked as ASFC’s Asia regional director from 2013 to 2018. For the past five years, she has worked as a conflict transformation consultant and executive and leadership coach with clients in the private and charity sectors. 

The Breast Cancer Research Foundation in New York City has announced the appointment of DONNA MCKAY to CEO and president. McKay previously served as executive director of Physicians for Human Rights. 

Common Impact in Brooklyn has announced the appointment of GINA TESLA and DEAN MARSH to its board of directors. Tesla leads the environmental, social, and governance team at Coupa and is executive chair of Empower, an employee resource group. Marsh is CEO of the IT, security, and cloud services firm Virtual Technologies Group.

A career educator, Blackburn has served as a classroom teacher, school and district leader, and in both state and national education organizations including the Florida Association of District School Superintendents (FADSS) and Chiefs For Change.

Pathfinder International has announced the promotion of LYDIA SALOUCOU ZOUNGRANA to president of its Africa division. Saloucou Zoungrana has served as Pathfinder’s country director in Burkina Faso since the organization opened its first office there in 2016.
