Arnold Ventures in Houston has announced the selection of RAYMOND GUTHRIE as executive vice president of impact investing. Guthrie previously served as chief investment officer and head of capital deployment at a national community development finance institution.

Colorado Health Foundation in Denver has announced the promotion of ERIN BROWN to chief impact officer and the selection of JENNIFER CHHEANG as vice president of community investment and impact. Brown previously served as vice president of community investment and impact, and prior to joining the foundation, she was the deputy chief of staff for the City and County of Denver. Chheang previously served as the managing director of grantmaking effectiveness at The California Endowment.

The Joyce Foundation in Chicago has announced the selection of JULIE MORITA as president and CEO. Morita will replace longtime president and CEO ELLEN ALBERDING, who is stepping down after 22 years. Morita previously served as executive vice president of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

The Lilly Endowment in Indianapolis has announced the election of REBECCA E. LILLY to its board of directors. Lilly is the vice president financial advisor at Morgan Stanley. Lilly is also a great-granddaughter of J.K. Lilly, Jr., one of the endowment’s founders.

amfAR, the Foundation for AIDS Research, in New York City, has announced the election of GREG MILLETT to the governing council of the International AIDS Society (IAS) and appointment to the IAS executive board. Millett is the director of public policy at amfAR.

Bridge Over Troubled Waters in Boston has announced the appointment of MADELEINE SMITH to its board of directors. Smith is co-founder and CEO of Civic Roundtable, a collaboration and knowledge sharing platform for public servants.

The Jewish Museum in New York City has announced the election of SHARI ARONSON as chair of its board of trustees and SANDER M. LEVY and DAVID SHAPIRO as board co-presidents. Aronson has been a member of the museum’s board of trustees since 2011. Shapiro is a partner in the corporate department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Levy is the managing member of Lakeside Capital Holdings.

Media Impact Funders (MIF) in Philadelphia has announced the departure of VINCE STEHLE from his role as executive director. Under Stehle's leadership, MIF membership has tripled and he oversaw the organization's rebrand from Grantmakers in Film and Electronic Media.

Mosaic in San Francisco has announced the selection of EVA HERNANDEZ as executive director. Hernandez previously served as managing director of the Sierra Club.
