Chicago-based CME Group Foundation has named EVA GIGLIO as its new executive director. Giglio most recently served as the deputy chief of staff of Chicago Public Schools, where she led the district's strategic vision and improvement planning, with a focus on creating more equitable outcomes for students. She will succeed KASSIE DAVIS, who recently announced her retirement.

The Kresge Foundation has announced the appointment of ALEXA BUSH as a program officer in its Detroit Program. Bush most recently spent six years with the City of Detroit's Planning and Development Department and in her new role will guide the implementation of the Detroit Programs investments in transformative public spaces that have the power to bring people together and promote greater understanding and inclusion. She also will shape the programs strategies to advance the interconnections between sustainable urban development and economic equity.

AnitaB.org, a nonprofit focused on intersectional gender and pay parity in tech, has announced the appointment of KAI TWO FEATHERS ORTON as the organization's fellow in residence, a new position. A First Nations (Innuinait, Cree, Nez Perce, Tlicho) computational scientist and learning technologist, Two Feathers Orton will lead AnitaB.org initiatives around strategic partnerships, with the goal of fostering deeper relationships with communities of color and ensuring just futures for all technologists. She previously served as the senior associate director of corporate and foundation relations at Dartmouth College and founded the Computational Thinking for Girls Clubs (CT4G), which empower girls of color through experiences in computing, technology, and STEM.

The LeadersTrust, a nonprofit leadership development organization spun off from the Evelyn and Walter Haas, Jr. Fund earlier this year and fiscally sponsored by the Tides Center, has named SIDNEY HARGRO as the organization's first executive director. Since 2017, Hargro has led the Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia, where he implemented a leadership agenda that helped local philanthropic institutions embrace intersectional racial equity, develop trust-based philanthropy principles, and support grassroots and community-led change. He also serves on the boards of the Independence Public Media Foundation, National Art Strategies, World Education Services US/CAN, and United Philanthropy Forum.

The Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles has announced the appointment of JOHANNA BURTON as executive director, effective November 1. Currently serving as ED of the Wexner Center for the Arts at Ohio State University, Burton will  lead the museum "in partnership with Klaus Biesenbach, the Maurice Marciano Artistic Director," according to the museum. Burton brings to the newly created position of executive director a career distinguished by a long-term commitment to institution-building and engagement with education, with a focus on implementing more horizontal institutional structures to support professional development and advancement of staff, as well as community engagement, with priority given to diversity, equity, inclusion, and access. Her previous positions include director of the graduate program at Bard College's Center for Curatorial Studies and associate director of the Whitney Museum of American Art's Independent Study Program.

Theatre Communications Group has announced the appointment of LATESHIA ELLERSON as its new director of institutional philanthropy. Ellerson began her career at Kenny Leon's True Colors Theatre Company in 2007 as development associate/annual fund manager and in 2013 was promoted to director of development. An alumna of the SPARK Leadership Program administered by TCG, she was among American Theatre magazine's "Top 20 Theatre Professionals to Watch" in 2015.

World Food Program USA, the U.S. affiliate of the United Nations World Food Programme, has announced the appointment of KATHARINE EMERSON as chief of staff. Emerson is returning to World Food Program USA, where she previously served as the director of strategic partnerships, after directing the U.S. political engagement strategy of German life sciences company Bayer and, prior to that, serving as director of public policy and political strategy at the National Corn Growers Association.
