					The Duke Endowment in Charlotte, North Carolina, has announced the promotions of three staff members: JAY KENNEDY, a program officer with the healthcare grantmaking team, was promoted to senior program officer; BRITTANY WORDEN, a program analyst, was promoted to program officer in special initiatives; and ERIC FRAZIER, a digital communications strategist, was promoted to senior communications officer.
The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in Princeton, New Jersey, has announced the election of STARSKY WILSON as chair of its board of directors. Wilson, the president and CEO of the Children’s Defense Fund, will be the first Black chair of the foundation.
Americans for the Arts in Washington, D.C., has announced the selection of ERIN HARKEY as CEO, effective at the end of March. Harkey previously led the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events, serving first as a deputy commissioner and then as commissioner.
Commonfund OCIO—Commonfund’s Outsourced CIO solution for educational institutions, foundations, and other nonprofit organizations—has announced the appointment of JULIA MORD to chief investment officer. Mord most recently served as deputy chief investment officer at Tulane University’s investment management office.
Cradles to Crayons in Newton, Massachusetts, has announced the selection of CHRISTINE MORIN as CEO. Morin previously served as chief operating officer at the Trustees of Reservations.
The Mastercard Foundation in Toronto has announced that president and chief executive REETA ROY will transition from the foundation by the end of 2025. She will continue to lead the foundation until her successor is appointed. Roy has led the foundation for 18 years, taking the helm two years after it was established in Canada as an independent and separate organization from Mastercard.
Robin Hood in New York City has announced the appointment of KENNETH G. TROPIN as chair of its board of directors, succeeding DINA POWELL MCCORMICK.
